✨ Knotless Braids ✨

Good Morning!! I’m taking new clients and giving them FREE SHAMPOOS with any service!!! 🌹

On today’s episode of “Hold On, You Want What? ”, the client came in with a synthetic braid and the following instructions:

“I want the braid to start in the back, come up the middle of my head and swoop around the front and back to the back in the original spot to create a bun.”

She had a picture that I can’t find now, but it looked heavy on one side. I said this in my head, but she already knew it. So there were additional instructions:

“I want to be able to sleep on it comfortably and then after a couple of days, I want to comb it down and wear natural curls… It’s going to be hot there so, I want to make sure that it doesn’t frizz up once I start sweating. I also want to try to cover up my grays in the front because I don’t like them. I want to try to hide my forehead too and I don’t like the hair on my skin because it makes me itch…”

Soooooo….. this was the end result! I had to unbraid the prebraided hair and make it two braids because she didn’t really want the style she asked for (obviously) and I gave her something that I think worked better with the stipulations… She moved the braid down to hide her forehead a little more and she wanted to add some boho curls (not pictured).. SHE LOVED IT! 🥰

And before you think we do, we DO NOT work with braiding hair at the school… just for sew-ins and quick weaves…
