I’ve been in this business for 20 years and one thing that I’ve learned is that January and February tend to be slower months. But, that doesn’t mean that your business is failing. What truly matters is how you spend this slower time. Are you focusing on your well-being and your business, or are you searching for side hustles online instead because you’ve convinced yourself that your business is over?
