🇺🇸 Happy Veterans Day 🇺🇸
For 15 years I had the honor of serving our amazing country, The United States of America. I had the privilege of not just seeing and living around the country, but various countries as well. With sacrifice, often times comes reward - and many of those 15 years provided me with some of the most rewarding times I of my life. I don’t think anyone leaves the military unscathed. We all come out with battle wounds, visible and invisible, and whether we’ve been to battle or not.
At any given moment, roughly 1% of the population is part of our volunteer force, to protect our nation, and maintain the best military power and capabilities in the world. There are roughly 20 million veterans nationwide - and to those veterans, upwards of 60 million family members supporting them. Veterans Day is a beautiful reminder of the deep Patriotism that flows within our nation.
Thank you to the heartfelt messages today for my service - and just know, y’all are worth serving 🤗 🇺🇸

Wanted to share this video on what’s actually happening while your napping 😴 😉
I’ve been getting a LOT of inquiries lately from prospective new clients asking about the process. I try and be as thorough and detailed, especially for those who’ve never gotten them before (all lash artists have their own ways and techniques, though the jist is the same 😉). A lot of people have been shocked when I tell them the typical length of the appointment.
This is tedious (but satisfying!!) service. Not just that, but it must be done very delicately due to the sharpness of the tweezers (so they can seperate the tinest of lashes), as well how small lashes truly are (we’re talking less then 8mm). Plus, not getting adhesive on any other lashes (which will cause a lash to stick to this extension, meaning it doesn’t get its own lash, and will also get yanked out prematurely, damaging the lash).
80-180 is the range of how many lashes a person can have per eye. If each of your eyes has 120 lashes, that’s 240 lashes that need to under this process.
Yes it takes time … but promise it’s worth it 🤗
