CLIENTS- 1st off I wanna say that I love everyone of y’all and I appreciate y’all‘s business so very much.. BUT I have a few bad apples that’s making my business life a little hard. This has been an ongoing thing, but as I have stated on my price board for six years now that if there’s a CANCELLATION within 24 hours of your appointment, I am going to start enforcing my policy that you have to pay $10 of a cancellation fee before making another appointment. . Since you all know that I TRAVEL to you, I have to take in consideration my route that has already been planned which entails my driving time to each home the time to do the service and you gotta take consideration of all the clients that’s before you or after you. .with a mess up on my schedule ruins my whole entire day along with everyone else. .Maybe if I start charging just like doctors, dentist and therapist and all other businesses does then people will start taking my business seriously. . Also, I would like to add if you’re a new client and I show up at your home and you’re not there with no text or phone call then I will NOT schedule you again. The only EXCEPTIONS I have is a very bad sickness, hospital emergency or a death in the family. Times are super tough on everyone right now especially us small business owners and I have tried to go above and beyond to keep my prices low to accommodate these rough times, so please stop taking advantage of my kindness.

Just letting everyone know that I will be going back home to Virginia the 19th through the 23rd of this month Feb.. I have one or two morning appointments for this Friday the 13th in Milton and a 1 o’clock available next Tuesday the 17th in Milton or Pace and I might be able to squeeze one person in, in Gulfbreeze or Pensacola Beach this Thursday the 12th. If any of y’all would like these available spots, please text me at 850-905-8412 instead of commenting on here and. If anyone tries to get a hold of me during this time, when I’m gone. I will get back with everybody on the 24th. I hope y’all all have a very blessed valentines.

If any of my clients have tried to contact me within the last 2 days my business phone has stopped working because Straight Talk has dropped AT&T so tomorrow - Tuesday I will be getting a new phone and new plan so sorry for the inconvenience
