I’m opening a small kids yoga class:
✨ Strong & Steady: Confidence Through Movement ✨

It’s a 6-week series for ages 6–12 focused on building confidence, balance, and a sense of calm in their bodies.

I’ve had a few “maybes” already and I’m really excited to see this first group come together ✨

Yummy breakfast! I am starting to feel better and have gained 10 lbs since I started in November! Today we got some cauliflower hash, yogurt with strawberry, getting that avocado in, and of course some bacon! Can't forget my latte, especially cuz it's cold!! It's been a ride, still have more healing to do, but progress is awesome!! Thanks for all you being supportive during this, it's made this so much easier! ❤️
