Sports Medicine, Athletic Training & Nutrition was ALWAYS the plan for my career but LIFE happened and my path changed A LOT! Now that my kids are basically adults, I’ve decided it’s time to get back on track!!! Last year I challenged myself to put in the same hard work that I require from my own student athletes to become a Certified Personal Trainer! I successfully completed my courses and am currently working towards more certifications!!! As I work on those classes I’m ready to put what I learned to work for myself and for women who need a little push in the right direction from someone who has been/is going through the same struggles and setbacks that life throws at us.
