Yesterday marked 20 years since I became a licensed massage therapist.

Over the years, what’s mattered most hasn’t been techniques or trends — it’s been listening, slowing down, and learning how bodies respond when they’re met with skilled, intentional care.

This work has deepened me.
It’s taught me patience, presence, and respect for how much people carry.

I’m grateful to still love this work, to continue learning, and to offer massage that’s grounded, thoughtful, and unrushed.
