This is a one-time 3 hr workshop (so pick ONE date that works best for you!) for birthers and their partners! We’ll be using Pauline Carr’s manual, The Sacred Anchor, as our framework.
I am a pelvic floor occupational therapist, birth doula, and somatic practitioner and will be educating and leading instruction.

We’ll go over the physiology of birth, what to expect, physical, emotional, and spiritual preparation. Bring any and all questions you have!
