Overflow Health Alliance Incorporated – Milton Office is committed to expanding access to affordable, supportive housing for individuals, families, and veterans in need. Our housing programs are designed to provide stability, dignity, and a pathway toward long-term independence.

We believe health is the foundation of housing success. Our services begin with health-focused support and extend into a full range of wrap-around services, including medication management, weight loss management, case management, mental health counseling, medical care, and additional supportive resources tailored to each participant’s needs.

Through compassionate care, accountability, and community partnership, Overflow Health Alliance empowers residents to heal, grow, and thrive—creating stronger, healthier communities across Milton and surrounding areas.
