Join the final outdoor Wake N’ Bake season at Canni this Saturday, August 29th!

The reason why GJS is unavailable this Saturday is because I will be showing up this way outside of the studio space.

Not taking yoga at the event, no problem. You are welcome to drop in for the wellness portion which is open to the community beginning at 11:30 AM 🙏🏽

There will also be live music, chair massages and Canni bar availability for the vibez.

We’ve hit 5 years this month for GJS. During life transitions I’ve reflected how long I’ve been able to work long and flexible hours since starting my own private practice. Now during this summer time, it has put me to start practicing mindful decisions.

These new hours stated will start on August 2026!

How it works:

+A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
+At your appointment, you are invited to contribute a pay-what-you-can scale, with a suggested total value of $60-$80 for the service. (extra donations are accepted but not required.)
