Hello Ladies! 8/16 this Saturday SheWolf MKE will be having a book/reading themed women’s wellness + self defense event- here is the info below.

Saturday 8/16 12-2pm $30/person
“Grow Your Power”: Warrior Writters & Women’s Wellness Workshop

This event is to help cultivate like-minded women in the reading/writing community who are looking for connection, education in women’s wellness (we will have a guest speaker present on cycle syncing + nutrition), and learning practical/ empowering safety skills.

The first hour will be a meet + greet with the presentation and short writing activity to write down character development, affirmations and or anything that cultivates a sense of empowerment/safety)

Moving into the hour self defense we will show case a few movements and give attendees plenty of time to practice and embody their warrior energy. Finishing up with a closing guided breath work and raffle drawing *

*we are asking attendees to bring a new/unopened period product or women’s wellness item-which will be donated to the school Nextdoor “Escuela Verde”. Each product will grant an entry to the raffle of donated items from local/small businesses
