Virtual breathwork is lovely. You get to create your own safe space to experience your breathwork journey. Here are a few ways to prepare your space.

1) Find a quiet space in your home where you can be comfortable and safe. Your bedroom, living room, office are ideas.

2) Have your technology and items to support you during your journey nearby and ready. A laptop with camera. Your mobile phone and a speaker for music. Earbud or headphones. Eye mask. Blanket. And water.

3) Wear comfortable clothing. Loose shirt. Shorts or loose pants. You may get warm or cold. Be comfortable and loose clothing works best.

4) Lastly, you may have an alter nearby to support you with your journey and setting intentions. It’s not required, and it can be supportive.

Virtual breathwork can be an easy and supportive way to connect with your body and breath, and a supportive way to explore the hidden conversations and experiences in your subconscious.

Today I completed my 2nd service project of creating a space where people could simply open themselves up to an experience of Receiving. Today 7 people got to experience that, and it was a beautiful gift to share.

7 months ago I was in a serious accident. It took several months to heal and recover. There were many generous people who supported me with their time and resources while I healed. And I noticed how I found it uncomfortable to Be Open to Receive; in the back of my mind and my heart I felt unworthy of simply receiving. This has been a transformative experience in my recovery, and it’s been a deep observation and lesson.

Today during the service project, nothing needed to be done to “earn it”. That was the purpose of the event. It was to create an opportunity for people to simply receive.

Imagine what opens up to us when we allow ourselves to simply receive the generosity and support around us. What if “being open to receive” expanded your capacity to receive amazing experiences in life?

How would it feel if you allowed yourself to be seen?

It can feel incredibly vulnerable when you’re experiencing something that feels off… or maybe feels achy. To approach someone, as you are, and say “can you help me” takes courage and vulnerability. You can do it. Find someone you feel safe with; someone that allows you to show up as you are and meets you where you are. To feel what is present so you can work through it in a way that supports you and where you’re going.

Be courageous. Give yourself permission to be seen. Take care of yourself.

During my recovery, I noticed how beautiful and healing it was to simply receive. To be in a place where I could allow myself to receive was truly a gift.

These moments and reflections inspired me to create a community service project that I am offering in May and June of 2026.

On the following dates, my office will be open to treat anyone who would like to receive bodywork/massage. Simply show up. I’m going to treat people first come, first serve from 3-5PM on Saturday May 16th and Saturday June 13th. Each session will be 15-20 minutes long. I will have the capacity to see between 4-6 people each day. There’s no cost.

Who’s eligible to receive this? People open to receive. 4-6 people who show up between 3-5PM on the specified dates.

Have you been longing to connect with yourself in a deeper way?

Have you felt like there’s more within YOU that YOU would like to access, and you’re open to exploring how?

Has life had a ton of ups and downs and you are looking for a way to self regulate your nervous system? A way to feel safe, de-stress, perhaps find peace.

If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions then breathwork may be a great tool and practice for you.

Sunday May 10, 2026 I will be hosting an in-person breathwork event, in an office near Pfizer Forum. What a beautiful coincidence this falls on Mother’s Day.

On this day we will explore gentle conscious connected breathwork (a circular breath, inhaling and exhaling without pause) using the Sacred Breath Method. This will be a slower paced breath which allows participants the opportunity to explore breathwork at a pace that feels safe and connects the breath, body, and mind.

Additionally this is a gentle modified version of conscious connected breath for people on certain medications or with certain health conditions.

Use the link in my bio to register. Or maybe, this could be a beautiful gift for a beloved mother in your world. If so, contact me and we can explore this possibility.

Message me if you have questions regarding breathwork or if you would like support registering.

Register at least two days early to ensure you receive the details; the location, what to bring, and how to prepare.

Lastly, I will be offering two breathwork sessions in May and two in June. Each month, one will be in-person and the other will be offered virtually if you live far or prefer to experience this in your own space. Attached is a list of dates and sessions to plan for.

With deep appreciation and gratitude,

Jessica
