After 3 summers of survival mode with 3 under 3,

For the moms reclaiming joy ✨

A breezy Milwaukee-May morning turned into movement on the rooftop, conversations inside the store, vintage racks, mental health resources, coffee + wellness shots, nervous system support, & women showing up for themselves (& each other).

This is the kind of stuff creates -
spaces that feel grounding, welcoming, playful & real.

So grateful to each woman, mother & daughter who came out, moved with us, & helped make this collaboration with + of course, feel so special.

More community-centered sessions, outdoor movement curations, golden hour hangs, slow mornings & intentional gatherings ready for the summer.

Hey Kettle 🫖, it’s Pot 🍲

But seriously - I think multitasking has become such a normal part of life & motherhood that we don’t even question it anymore.

We’re answering texts while making lunch while mentally planning dinner while regulating tiny humans while trying to remember the 14 things we forgot yesterday.

Honestly?
It’s making life feel more overwhelming than it actually needs to feel.

Studies show only a very small percentage of brains truly multitask well - yet so many of us are functioning this way all day long as a survival skill.

One of the biggest nervous system & gratitude hacks for me lately as a neurodiverse mom of four has actually been simplifying.

Less noise.
Less tabs open.
Less trying to do everything at once.

Because I’ve noticed when I focus on one thing in the moment - or even just fewer things - I’m calmer, more present, & way more able to pivot when life inevitably throws chaos into the moment.

Especially with twins.

I don’t do it perfectly.
But simplifying has helped me actually feel my life again instead of constantly racing through it.

Does this resonate with anyone else?
