I would like to have a moment of realness: please read:

As beautiful as these nails turned out there is a tough story behind it.
No need to get into the story but I will say that it has led me to relay this note to those who are reading and decide to sit in my chair-

* Your pre-appointment form is to tell me what design you are wanting and all the details
* As I design each and every nail, I constantly will ask you to approve before I cure any of the Polish. Once that is done I will not be changing the design.
* If you are wanting a specific color or wanting to see something specifically done on your nails you need to verbally tell me if not I will rely on your pre-appointment form.
* Do not assume that I know what design you are expecting to see. I am not in your head and that is not fair to me or any other nail artist.

Most importantly - I AM A HUMAN.
Not understanding the listed things above cause you to say things and to do things that offend me as your nail artist because you are dissatisfied due to you not properly relaying your wants and needs.

My boutique is a space of comfort relaxation and respect. If you do not like something or you want to change something my ears are always open. But do not wait until the very end of your appointment to ask me to change your whole nail set. I will refuse to do that and continuance of this kind of behavior will result in me having to cancel you as a member or a client.
