This past week, some of our talented massage therapists headed to Madison for hands-on Ashiatsu education—expanding their skills so they can bring even more specialized wellness experiences to you.
So, what exactly is Ashiatsu? It’s a therapeutic massage technique where the massage therapist uses their feet to apply broad, deep, controlled pressure. It’s especially great for anyone who loves a deeper massage, has chronic muscle tension, or wants focused work without the concentrated pressure of elbows or thumbs.
