Ketamine Therapy from Ketamine Milwaukee relieves depression in hours, not weeks - even if every other treatment you've tried has failed. There is hope.
A 2010 study CRPS patients have never been told about.
Notarnicola and colleagues treated 30 people with CRPS of the inner knee. Every patient had already tried usual physical therapy and medication. None of it had been enough.
They found:
Pain (VAS) fell from an average of 8 out of 10 before treatment… to 2.6 at two months… to 1.1 at six months.
Satisfactory results in 23 of 30 patients at two months, and 24 of 30 at six months.
This is one prospective study. It is evidence that a non-invasive, non-drug tool like Focused shockwave can change the peripheral fire that keeps CRPS lit.
We use a protocol modeled on this work at our Milwaukee clinic.
Questions welcome. Bring this post to your next group meeting if it would help the conversation.

If your injury hasn't seemed to improve in weeks (or months), it might be officially stagnated. When natural healing stalls, inflammation lingers, and everyday movements become a guessing game.
Here are 3 signs your recovery needs a breakthrough:
The 30-Minute Rule: Your joint feels stiff for more than 30 minutes after waking up or sitting.
Post-Activity Flare-Ups: You feel fine during activity, but pay for it in pain hours later.
Range-of-Motion Loss: You’ve silently modified how you bend, squat, or reach to avoid sharp pain.
Traditional methods sometimes aren't enough to push past a plateau. StemWave uses advanced acoustic wave technology to target the root cause, stimulate local blood flow, and trigger the body’s natural healing response—helping you move past the stagnation and back to what you love.

If you are in a CRPS group: what was the first “ordinary” thing that stopped being ordinary for you? Sheets? Shoes? Water from the shower?
08/27/2026
If you have CRPS, you already know this: a sock, a breeze, the weight of a sheet. Things that should be nothing—and they are not nothing.
That is not “in your head.” It is a real change in how the spinal cord and brain handle incoming signals. Pain medicine calls it central sensitization. The volume k**b on pain gets stuck on high. Inhibition that should quiet the signal gets weaker. Inflammation chemicals in the nervous system keep the circuit buzzing.
What that can look like:
Allodynia — pain from light touch.
Hyperalgesia — more pain than the stimulus should produce.
Wind-up — the same tap hurts more the tenth time than the first.
Pain that spreads beyond the original injury.
And often the extras no one warned you about: fatigue, brain fog, sleep that will not come, light and sound that feel too loud.
There is no blood test for this. The diagnosis lives in your story.
If this paragraph felt like someone finally described your Tuesday, you are not imagining it.
