Who IS this nail extraordinaire?
Chelsea Cooper, business major, is absolutely incredible at painting nails. Owning over 50 different shades of polish, Chelsea starting painting nails at age 15. Her designs and patterns are unique, and her artistic side really shows through on your nails!
