Don’t allow your tech to remove gel polish from your natural nails with an electric file(drill). If they use the drill to break the surface of the polish and you soak, that’s acceptable. But never allow a drill to remove all of your gel polish.

Nailtech Tip

Every time you get a service make sure that your nail tech uses a new file, pumice stone and or buffer. And ask for it at the end of your service if the file, pumice stone or buffer isn’t offered to you. The only items that should be reused are items that are plastic or stainless steel. Nonporus items that are plastic or stainless steel are supposed to be soaked in a hospital grade sanitizer for at least 10 minutes, followed by being washed with antibacterial soap in order to kill all virus’ and bacteria

When I first bought all of my polishes, I didn’t buy the best quality, I figured Gel polish was gel polish, which isn’t true. I’ve since been investing in professional gel polish

With experience I have learned how to prep the nail, and polish application to ensure that the gel manicure lasts at least 10 days

I specialize in manicures, pedicures, and hard gel nail extensions. I’m still perfecting my acrylic skills for practice only until further notice.

Hard gel is an actual gel that is applied over a tip for a nail extension service.

My favorite thing to do is pedicures. I love making people’s feet soft and pretty!
