As a small business, every appointment on my schedule is time that has been intentionally set aside just for you. When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or missed altogether, it can be difficult to fill that space with another client.

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change — all I ask is that you please give at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible.

My cancellation policy allows me to protect my time and my business while continuing to give each of you the care, attention, and experience you deserve.
