Just curious.. are we taking care of our skin just as much as we take care of our lashes? I’ve noticed you guys are really good at keeping up with your lash care and fills. Which I love! But I can’t emphasize how important it is to keep up with your skin care and monthly facials.

A lot of people think facials are only for when their skin is breaking out, but that’s actually not the case.

Monthly facials help maintain your skin before issues start. Your skin is constantly changing with stress, hormones, weather, and life in general. Regular facials help keep it healthy, hydrated, and glowing year-round.

The clients who see the biggest changes in their skin aren’t the ones getting one facial a year. They’re the ones showing up consistently. 🫧

Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think self-care has to be some big extravagant thing.

Sometimes it’s getting your lashes done and leaving feeling put together for the next few weeks.

A little booking update 💗

I’ve always tried to be flexible and understanding when it comes to deposits and scheduling because I know life happens. Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple situations where that flexibility has been taken advantage of, which directly impacts my business and the clients waiting for appointments.

Moving forward, all appointments must be booked through my booking site. A valid deposit will be required at the time of booking, and my deposit policy will be strictly enforced.

As a small business owner, my time is valuable, and every appointment reserved is time set aside specifically for you. Thank you to all of my amazing clients who respect my policies and continue to support me. 🫶🏼

Most of my clients are soft glam, wispy, and natural-ish girlies, but every now and then I get the chance to go full drama and honestly... I love it. 🖤 This set is fluffy, bold, and completely unapologetic.

On another note as I get settled into my new studio space, I’ve been thinking a lot about the direction I want Luz Esthetics to grow. This next season is about being intentional with my time, my business, and the experience I create for every client who comes in for a service. This move feels like a fresh start, and I can’t wait to bring you all along for the ride✨
