Today is a great day to do something you've never done before. That's how I like to look at life and this beautiful adventure that I'm on.

I am going to tell you a little about the last two months:

I have never known how to care for my skin; now I do.
I have never known how to apply makeup and make other women feel beautiful; now I do.
I have never been comfortable with rejection and with people telling me "no"; now I'm working on it. (Trust me...Mary Kay ladies hear "no" a lot)
I have never been to therapy to help my mental wellness; now I am.
I have never thought that I could be free of anxiety and panic attacks; now I am. This has been a life long struggle for me. I finally decided to seek help from specialists, and I am getting better. All of this...because I did something I have never done before.

Two months ago, when I started this journey, I decided to start doing things that I had never done before...and it HAS changed my life. I was becoming a creature of habit, and now I am breaking down the walls that held me back by simply saying "yes" to things I've never done before.
