Minimum Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required in counseling or a related field from an accredited college or university.
0-6 months related experience and/or training in addiction, recovery and/or spiritual counseling.
State or national certification as an addiction counselor (strongly preferred).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision.
Travel: Less than 10% of position time for program retreat and conferences.
Working Conditions:
Office work environment with quiet noise level.
