Today was a hard day. The transition of being "off" but cranking away at all the things I need to do for my recovery, getting ready to return to work, and big changes with my ADHD brain does not want to process very easily...for some reason all has culminated in some very strong anxiety the last week or so.
I was so upset I didnt know if I could make it through my day, and then God & the universe provided such supporting and loving people, who I also got to in turn show love to, laugh, love, grieve & feel grateful for every single day, even the hard ones.
Thank you to everyone who helped me today & special thank you to these beauties I got to end my night with. . We laughed, probably cried, ate & created some beautiful hair.
I love my job. I love being back at work. I love that I can connect so intimately with other amazing women who lift me when I need a boost, and I can lift up when they need that raising up❤️
I hope this day brings you peace, joy, and grace. I love you all. Spread the beauty of this day by showing kindness to others and forgiving or letting go of what weighs you down❤️
After a crazy long day, I cannot forget to wish my big guy a happy 5th birthday. You're smart, silly, sweet (a little sassy, but aren't we all!?) You've done so much growing this year and I'm so proud to be your mama❤️

Hello all! I'm introducing a new service called a Perimeter Plump❤️
I have lost my hair for many reasons off and on for the last 7 years. I have thick, coarse strands of hair as you can see, but losing hair causes you to lose the fullness on the ends and overall length.
One of the #1 things my clients ask me about is how can I stop losing my hair? Will this ever grow back?
Between pregnancy, loss, stress, peri or menopause, medications (GLP1s😬 looking at you!) the reasons we lose hair are bountiful.
I've been working to find the best solution to fit in the front area (ears forward especially) but due to the already thin nature of that space & not wanting to cause any damage from tension or them being visible...it was a struggle.
I have FINALLY FOUND an amazing solution, one that I personally use and love!!

Getting ready.....
4 days!!!! 4 more days until I'm backkkkk baby!
I'll be doing a test run day Friday with a few clients this Friday to test my timing and stamina and then I'm back to work officially on 5/26. These days have come up so quickly, but at the same time I am SOOOOO grateful for the ability and support to take these last 10 weeks off and let my body doing some amazing things!
I'm definitely not 100% yet, but so astounded at the progress I've made. I'm actually excited to stand all day at work again🤣🤦♀️
