Meet Tatyana Sciortino ✨

Creative at heart with a love for beauty, fashion, and everything that goes into making someone feel their best, Tatyana brings such a special energy to the Scottfree team.

Currently finishing cosmetology school and graduating this December, she’s especially drawn to lived-in blondes and balayage — creating dimensional, effortless color that feels as beautiful as it looks. At Scottfree, Tatyana is currently part of our assisting team while also working as one of our makeup artists, continuing to grow her craft both behind the chair and beyond it.

Her creativity doesn’t stop with hair. Tatyana has spent the past three years assisting her aunt with bridal makeup. She hopes to continue expanding into the fashion and makeup worlds as she grows with Scottfree after graduation. And when she isn’t at the salon or in school, you’ll find her spending time with her two little ones, Emilia and Beckham.

Meet Annaliese Frisch, Senior Hairstylist & Color Educator at Scottfree.

With more than a decade behind the chair, all within the Scottfree family, Annaliese has built her career around the art of thoughtful, highly customized color. From rich dimensional tones and seamless lived-in blondes to corrective color and effortless maintenance plans, her approach is equal parts technical precision and creative intuition.

What truly sets Annaliese apart is the way she makes people feel. She brings a calm confidence to every appointment, taking the time to understand each guest, their lifestyle, and how they want to feel when they leave her chair. That same passion carries into her role as a Color Educator, where she helps inspire and mentor the next generation of stylists at Scottfree.

For Annaliese, beautiful hair is about more than the final look. It’s about creating something personal, wearable, and completely your own. 💕
