Liesl is a medically trained massage therapist who blends clinical precision with an intuitive, trauma‑informed understanding of the human experience.

Her philosophy is simple. Deep relaxation through integrative touch is a fundamental human need. Relaxation is a return to breath and the innate wisdom of the body. She also believes physical and emotional histories of the body are inseparable; every tension pattern, breath rhythm and subtle shift in posture reflects how a person moves through the world.

With advanced training in medical massage and somatic trauma practices, Liesl provides treatments where you feel safe, respected and in control. Her steady, attuned presence allows her to read the quiet language of the body and provide treatments to increase relaxation, ease pain and support long‑term healing. When you experience profound ease, the door opens to clarity and meaningful change.

At home, Liesl and John share life with their goldendoodle, Reggie—an enthusiastic outdoor adventure companion. Her passion for learning keeps her engaged in ongoing study including: neuromuscular therapy, myofascial techniques, somatic psychology, nature‑based practices and emerging pain science.
