Education!!!
Would you go to the dollar store and buy a chemical cleaner and rub it on your skin? Would you buy a synthetic scent and ingest or diffuse it into your lungs?
THIS is not an essential oil.
THIS is a synthetic chemical.
Because of the way regulations are, ANY body can say ANYTHING on ANY bottle. True or not.
A couple of red flags.
Super cheap?...fake
Can't put on skin?...fake
All oils same price?...fake
Won't share testing? . fake
A real certified pure therapeutic grade essential oil will...
✔ have transparent testing results
✔ can be used topically
✔ will have education available
✔ will have backing of medical professionals
✔ will be grown in indigenous region
✔ will be harvested safely and in a sustainable way
✔ will pay farmers out fairly
✔will have prices to match the plant
If you would not let your child eat a candle or drink air freshener, don't let them breathe this, as it will be in their blood stream in 30 seconds.
Please BE SAFE. Use common sense.
Stay away from junk oils( the majority of ANYTHING in stores and online) that are awful for you.

I've been getting this question SO much lately.
"How do you know which oils you can take internally?"
"Are they safe to ingest?" A lot of essential oils are not safe to take internally. doTERRA puts every batch of oil they source through a rigorous set of third party testing to ensure the are up to the Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG) standard. This standard ensures they've undergone an extensive process, beyond even organic standards, to bring the highest level of purity which makes them safe and effective to take internally!
Look at the back of the bottle. If you see "Supplemental Facts", it is completely safe to take internally. If you see "Ingredients", it should not be taken internally. This makes it so easy to make sure you are using your oils safely!
Example breathe you can not take internally, but grapefruit you can, I took a photo of where on the bottle it says you can or can not take internally

Pregnancy and our New oils
I’m super excited about the new oils added to our pregnancy, birth and babies toolbox this year.
During pregnancy there is heightened sensitivity so we might use a little less of the oils but they can be used very effectively.
dōTERRA has set a standard that reassures us we can use their oils with confidence during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
PS - After speaking with doTERRA Corporate about the Yarrow | Pom I have discovered that doTERRA's Yarrow | Pow doesn't have the specific proprieties that make it unsafe in pregnancy.
