If you’re new here, I figured it was time to properly introduce myself!

I’m Alora — wife, mom of 5, tea lover, and co-owner of AJ Nutrition. If you’ve been around for more than five minutes, you’ve probably figured out that life around here is a little loud, a little chaotic, and always an adventure. 😆

I grew up in Savoy, Texas (right on the Oklahoma border), and this summer our family packed up and started a brand-new chapter in Mineola, Texas. New town, new adventures, same mission: helping people feel their best and showing up for the life they love.

When I’m not running kids to practices, chasing schedules, cleaning up messes, or trying to remember what day of the week it is, you’ll usually find me creating loaded teas, dreaming up new menu ideas, or sharing little pieces of our everyday life.

A few fun facts about me:
