Self-care can be a short 30-minute appointment! We offer ear candling, infrared mat therapy, and reflexology in 30-minute sessions.

If you can't get in for a full massage, pop in for an infrared mat therapy or reflexology session to get a bit of relaxation and relief to tide you over until your massage appointment.

And don't forget to take care of your ears and hearing this winter! Wax buildup can affect hearing. If you've noticed that it's getting harder to hear or your ears have been hurting lately, an ear candling could bring some relief.
