About K+Co Hairdressing: K+Co Hairdressing is an upscale mini boutique hair salon offering luxury services. It is founded on the idea that all guests should be treated with the best hospitality and receive premium quality of services. We are currently a staff of 2 stylists (1 men’s grooming specialist and 1 who does both color and cutting for all genders). Due to increasingly high demand from new clients we are looking for another talented stylist to grow with us!

Job Responsibilities: Stylists will provide color and cutting techniques on clients. The clientele that frequents the salon tends to lean toward modern dimensional colors that are quite natural (balayage, highlighting, tone on tone, gray coverage, etc) and haircuts are encouraged to incorporate natural texture when possible. We pride ourselves in healthy, low maintenance modern hair.

The ideal candidate would have behind the chair experience and a strong standard of services. Some clientele is a plus but not required, as we have overflow clientele to share. Both chair rental or commission stylists will be considered. Also, flexibility of part time versus full time will also be considered.

Qualifications: Valid MN Cosmetology License
