Hey Y’all Flora Nail Studio is looking to add a new business owner(s) in the salon as a chair renter of nail tech, hair braider, henna artist, lash tech or other artists we have cute rolling desk chairs, charming kind chill environment located in historic northeast arts district with your own desk/area opportunity to help make space more to your liking with collaborative efforts, included in rent is bright over head nail lights, accessible space, sit stand desks, lockers, no pay washer dryer, snacks, all utilities including water, electric, gas, heat & AC, fully licensed salon, pink armrest, beautiful green vintage inspired waiting couch, bathroom, rolling cart, drawer, shelf, hand soap, shared size inclusive pedicure station, towel warmer, microwave, fridge, professional massage table available for one renter, optional booking software, professional cleaning, drinks. We have beautiful large windows, on street level in a quiet area, vaulted ceilings, hardwood and granite flooring. Large beautiful paintings by . here, owner, I’ve decided to transition to rentals after thinking the last year. I’m a q***r fat, nonbinary, disabled person with now a physical disability and I can better serve people in the salon this way with hopes of helping to maintain, a safe space for as many people to come together to work and enjoy getting their nails done. I’m trying my best. That said..

We want it to be affordable but alas we are tied to the rent of the building and the price of the utilities, that really sets prices, unfortunately. We offer the lowest rental in the whole area by far, and negotiable because you know not capitalist here just trying to survive.
