Last week I proclaimed that I stopped drinking. Well, I slipped. I fell in the trap of "I deserve a drink" and blamed the need of a drink on someone else. That damn excuse had led me into a downward spiral. Tomorrow, I reset and start over. I have a new friend who is by my side and doing this with me. I need support and friends. I start a new plan to take back my health. THIS TIME I AM DOING THIS FOR ME! I have to as selfish as it seems. If I don't, I won't be here for my daughter. I need all the support I can get.
