After submitting our application for the 2026 BMO Celebrating Women Grant, I watched the video we created and realized something: we haven’t done a great job sharing who we really are.
Yes, we make products that help people love and care for their hair.
But we’ve also spent years investing in youth, supporting entrepreneurs, creating experiences, and building community.
This brand was never just about what sits on a shelf.
It’s about people.
