I am a strong, confident woman. I am also deeply tender, fiery, present, nurturing, and full of love.

Sometimes in life, you become aware that people have created stories about you—assumptions, accusations, and conclusions that were never grounded in an honest conversation. It amazes me that so many adults are willing to believe a narrative instead of simply asking a question.

None of us are perfect. I certainly am not. But I know who I am.

I’ve raised two incredible kids through middle school, high school, a global pandemic, and now into college. I’ve built a thriving private practice that I am grateful for every single day because of the extraordinary clients who trust me. I’ve supported my family, invested in other businesses, shown up for my community, cooked countless meals, and worked hard to build a life rooted in purpose, joy, and hard-earned boundaries.

I don’t have the time—or the desire—to participate in gossip, defend myself against assumptions, or carry the weight of someone else’s projections.

I choose decency.
I choose love.
I choose respect.

The people who truly know me know my heart. They know I will celebrate your victories, sit with you in your hardest moments, and love you well.

I’ve learned that not everyone is meant to understand you, and that’s okay. My responsibility isn’t to convince people of my character. It’s to continue living it.

So I’ll keep showing up with love. I’ll keep protecting my peace. And I won’t dance with the devil.
