I am so incredibly honored to announce that I am leading a community-led research study in partnership with the University of Minnesota! This project is close to my heart and dedicated to uplifting and improving the journey for Black Breast Cancer Survivors right here in our Twin Cities community💗

Led by myself and Dr. Olihe Okoro (Assistant Professor at the U of M), we are creating safe, supportive spaces to discuss the things that truly matter: culturally sensitive care, body image, and reconstructive options like 3D ar**la tattooing🫶🏽

I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve been given the incredible opportunity to return as an exhibitor and now a panelist at the Bloom Breast Cancer Survivorship Program, hosted by the Masonic Cancer Center University of Minnesota and M Health Fairview!🎉✨

This year, I’ll be speaking at the screening of the Full Circle Documentary, which highlights the empowering journey of mastectomy tattoos and how they help breast cancer survivors reclaim their sense of self💕

Breast cancer doesn’t have to leave a lasting mark, and I’m passionate about supporting and highlighting these empowering stories within our community!
