Tonight we have our final Full Moon of the year in Cancer. This is the second Cancer Full Moon of 2020. The first occurred last January, and what a journey we have traveled since then. Full Moons provide the energy for release. They help us process emotions and feel what needs to shift in our energetic body. The Moon her most powerful in Cancer, her home sign. This powerful Moon brings us the opportunity to feel, let go, and recharge our spirit. This Moon is filled with compassion and love as we give space to our emotions and self-care to our heart.

Cancer represents our most inner subjective world, including our emotions and our intuition. This energy is our roots, the very foundation we build the rest of our world upon. Today is a day to care for your roots, the places which only you can see buried deep in the depths of your consciousness. When you dig deep enough, you discover you are connected to the entire Universe and its magic. Feel that you are always supported no matter how challenging life becomes. It all starts, though, with supporting and caring for yourself.

Take time today to explore your feelings. Ask what they are helping you understand and what they are teaching you about yourself. Give yourself space to process the events of this year. Take deep breaths as you let the emotions release and clear the path for light to enter. Make commitments to shift away from habits and patterns that deplete you. Replace them with practices that restore and replenish you. There is a heaviness to this time, but know that energies become heaviest before they release. Let go of what you don’t want to carry into 2021 this Full Moon through self-care and soul nourishment. You deserve it.
