Only a few days away from Summer on Central in Osseo, MN!

After serving patients in Eden Prairie since 2015, I'm excited to bring my practice closer to home and continue helping people move and feel their best right here in the northwest metro.
As someone who grew up in Maple Grove and recently moved to nearby Dayton with my family, opening in Osseo feels like a natural next step. I'm grateful for the opportunity to serve the community I call home.
What makes our approach different? Every visit includes more than just an adjustment. I take the time to provide personalized care that never feels rushed, incorporating stretching, soft tissue work, and functional movement to help address the root cause of your pain and improve how your body moves.
Whether you're dealing with back pain, neck pain, headaches, sports injuries, or simply want to move better and stay active, I'd love the opportunity to help.
Now serving patients in Osseo and the surrounding communities of Maple Grove, Dayton, Rogers, Champlin, Brooklyn Park, and beyond.

Thank you to everyone who has supported my practice over the years. I'm looking forward to this next chapter and welcoming both familiar and new faces to the office!— at Osseo, MN.
