We kindly ask that you come alone to your appointments. Our goal is to provide a relaxing experience for all of our guests and when additional people come along to appointments, it jeopardizes the quality of the salon experience. CANCELATIONS
We are so happy that you have booked your appointment with us. When your appointment is scheduled, our stylists set that time aside specifically for you. We know that schedules change and emergencies come up, but for all other reasons we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Recently, we have had quite a few last minute cancellations and no-shows for appointments. When this happens, we are unable to fill that reserved time for another client. In order to respect our stylists' time and our clients' time, we have enforced a new 24 hour cancellation policy. After the second last minute cancellation or no-show, you will be required to pay for half of your next appointment when you call to re-book. CHILD SAFETY
After talking with other salon owners and discussing the safety of children in the salon with our staff, we have decided to immediately implement a new policy regarding children in the salon. Unless your child has an appointment, we ask that you do not bring your child(ren) to your appointment. We love children, especially yours, and understand this is such a sensitive topic. Our biggest concern is your child's safety. We work in an environment with chemicals, hot tools, scissors, and razors, and we cannot guarantee their safety while their are unattended. We hope you will help us in continuing to keep the salon safe, and we thank you for understanding. KIDS CUTS
We are no longer taking new children's haircuts under the age of 12. If anyone 12 years old and older would like to book an appointment, he or she will be charged the adult haircut price. For existing child clients, it will be up to the discretion of the stylist for the price of the service.
