Ginko is the tincture I use when my brain is feeling foggy as support for mental clarity & healthier brain aging. I’d also feel a supportive even energy. I adore Ginko as the one from their plant family still here from 200 million years ago. If I had blood platelet concerns I would be very careful using Ginko.

It’s time to save the date and preserve your pickles! The annual Pickle-Off will take place Thursday, September 24th from 12-2pm. Categories this year are dill, spicy, and other (can include non-cucumber pickles). All submissions must be delivered to the NACDI offices (1414 Franklin Ave NE, Minneapolis) by September 23rd at 3pm.

Yesterday during and after work (I like my clients and yes, I worked even though it was Labor Day and my birthday.) we had some amazing dinner and cake and I moved move records to my place. I’m still deciding which ones I’m selling. Some of the ones I have are pretty old old, 1920’s old 78 RPM made of shellac. Some are sh*tty radio play copies. Some I like the music, some I like the cover art and the music is feh.
