Here is a simple routine to help with length retention:

1) Shampoo - weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the buildup (a good tip to remember, when your hair is itchy or dry due to product buildup, that's a good time to wash)

2) Deep conditioning - focus on what your hair needs (moisture or protein). I've noticed my hair has become more manageable with consistent deep conditioning treatments that were focused on moisture.

3) Scalp massages stimulate blood flow, which helps with growth. I recommend our Soothing Scalp Oil or Scalp Balm (infused with peppermint and rosemary oil, you will love this calming sensation)

4) Low manipulation hairstyles - limit tight braids or hairstylists who pull on your hair.

5) Trims - I stress "as needed" because I struggled with single-stranded knots, but the more stretched my hair was, the fewer knots formed. Pay attention to how your hair looks or feels.
