• Valid driver’s license or photo ID
• A complete list of all medications (names + dosage)

• Glasses or contact lenses (you’ll be tested with them)
• Hearing aids, if you use them

📋 **Have a medical condition? Bring documentation:**
• Diabetes (insulin-dependent requires proper forms)
• Sleep apnea (CPAP report from the last 90 days)
• Any FMCSA exemptions or related paperwork
