Wow. It was such a pleasure to give this lovely soul a pair of eyebrows. I have to be honest.. this was the most challenging one I’ve done so far. She was set on her shape from the very beginning (like how she normally draws them). So to imitate it and go outside her normal hairline is something I always advise clients not to do. But she’s the client and that’s how she likes them. The shaping alone took me 2.5 hours (at that point, I was on the brink of giving up.. and I actually told her, “this is the best I can do and if you’re not satisfied with it then we don’t have to move forward with the procedure because this is a tattoo on your face.. I don’t want you to feel like you have to settle for the shape that I’m giving you.”) She told me she liked it and that we can start tattooing it. When we got done, she said it was good. I told her I didn’t feel the excitement in her voice but she told me shes not good at giving out reactions. I still felt a little bummed. Then I woke up today and received a text from her saying “thank you for your great service, I admire your work and remember you’re gonna face some challenging ones like mine..but these are the ones that brings out your true talent.” THAT is how she made me realize how much I love doing eyebrows and I can’t give up. And she also referred me to her friend 💁🏻‍♀️
