completed and signed a consent form, took before-and-after photos, and even left a 5 Star Google review afterward.

Payment was made using an American Express credit card (AMEX)
Weeks later, the client disputed the charges claiming she were “never seen” and “never received service.”

I provided:
• Signed consent forms
• Service photos
• Proof of communication (text)
• Their Google review confirming the appointment
I also attempted to contact the client numerous times by phone and text with no response. Despite all documentation, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card company still reversed the payment.
