From now on when you're making an appointment to get your hair done, there is no more texting. No more messaging. You must call to make an appointment. I'm sorry if this offends anyone but this has been a rule. Basically from day one I have been very relaxed on allowing people to text me instead of calling me and that's no way for me to run this. I have lost a lot of clients and I know that and maybe that's my fault. Maybe it's my dog's fault but regardless. I'm doing the best that I can. If anyone wants to still continue coming to me that's great and thank you. If not then that's fine too. My phone number is on this page so make sure you call it in the hours between 10-7 otherwise I will not answer anyone until the next day. Thanks for the understanding.
