Grey blending isn’t about covering — it’s about seamlessly merging your natural sparkle with dimensional color. ✨This was her first appointment, and by placing highlights + lowlights strategically, we created a softer grow-out and a beautiful, blended starting point. 🎨

This week has been heavy. Since Wednesday, so many guests have sat in my chair with tears in their eyes, saying, “I don’t know why I’m grieving the death of a stranger.”

But the truth is Charlie Kirk was not a stranger. He was our brother in Christ. He was a bold voice who proclaimed the gospel of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. His passing reminds us that our strength does not come from man, but from God alone.

One of the things I treasure most about my work is the conversations I get to have with people every day. And this week, more than ever, I’ve been reminded that our spirit grieves when a brother in Christ is taken home, because he was a light in the darkness, a warrior of truth. Charlie died a martyr for his faith and was welcomed home to hear those words we long for: “Well done, my good and faithful servant.”

We pray for Charlie’s family. We pray for our nation. And we pray that many Saul’s become Paul’s and be saved. For the only way to heaven is by believing in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, confessing Him as Lord and Savior.

This is not the time to shrink back. Many voices are rising up. Let us be bold. Let us be courageous (Joshua 1:9). Let us fix our hope not on man, but on our God who gives us strength.

To every guest who has shared your tears, your heart, and your faith in my chair this week, you are not alone. Our God is with us, and He is raising up many voices for such a time as this.

🌟 Here are some of my top tips for keeping your silver or white hair looking fabulous after a grey blending service:

1. Be patient after coloring: 👉🏻Wait as long as you can after your color service before washing your hair. This allows your hair to recover and hold onto that stunning color!

2. Choose wisely: 👉🏻Use color-safe shampoos and conditioners. Focus the shampoo on your roots and scalp, and let the conditioner work and moisturize on the mid-lengths and ends. Purple shampoo can help neutralize and help prevent any yellowing and keep your hair looking bright. 💜

3. Deep condition regularly: 👉🏻Deep condition your hair 2 to 3 times a month. Use hair masks to give your locks some extra love and hydration.

4. Cool water rinse: 👉🏻When washing your hair, opt for cool water. It’s gentler and helps your color last longer. Hot water can really speed up fading, so keep it cool! ❄️

5. Wash less frequently: 👉🏻Try to limit washing your hair to once a week. The less you wash, the longer your gorgeous color will stick around.

6. Heat styling caution: Keep heat styling to a minimum to maintain your hair’s health and vibrancy. ✨

7. Heat protection is key: 👉🏻If you must use heat tools, always apply a heat protectant first. It’s a simple step that goes a long way in preserving your hair.

8. Swimming precautions: 👉🏻If you plan to swim, wet your hair prior to getting in the pool or ocean to help protect it from chlorine or saltwater damage. 🌊
