Traditional Sauna
Our most invigorating expression of the Finnish sauna tradition. The heat is dry, focused, and deeply restorative.
Add löyly by gently pouring water over hot stones to create soft, enveloping steam. Essential oils may also be added to enhance the experience.
Ideal for deep recovery, relaxation, and mental clarity.
150–160°F | CONTINUOUS STEAM | OPTIONAL ESSENTIAL OILS
Gentle Sauna
A softer sauna experience where steam rises continuously from a hidden water tank, creating a calm, enveloping warmth.
Essential oils may be added to deepen relaxation and enhance the atmosphere.
Perfect for first-time guests, slower days, or when your body calls for a gentler rhythm.
A few drops of essential oil. Menthol ice crystals. The warmth of the sauna.
