Kansas Governor Laura Kelly has announced a plan to reopen Kansas. As to licensees under the jurisdiction of the Kansas
Board of Cosmetology, the following states that beauty shops and schools can reopen when Phase 2 begins – which is no earlier than May 18. The Governor may extend Phase 1 beyond May 18 and licensees and schools have to wait until Phase 2 actually begins to open.

Because of this I'm not scheduling until probably the Friday before opening to be sure they don't extend the date yet again. I'm so sorry everyone has to keep waiting to get their hair done but I do appreciate all of you and your patience! Hope to see everyone soon and hope all is well! I will continue to update with any new information I am given.

Clients, I’m still not sure of a definate day we get to go back to work. Hopefully the Governor will announce tomorrow since today's press conference was cancelled. I’ll reach out to everyone who had appointments already scheduled so I can get you rescheduled then I will reach out to everyone on the wait list as soon as we hear an exact date. I’ll be doing my best to take care of you all and getting everyone in as quickly as possible! I miss you all and I can’t wait to see you! Thank you so very much for your patience and waiting for me!

Hi everyone! Just checking to see how everyone is doing? I have gotten to talk to a few clients and have realized how much I miss everyone since I have spent 5 to 15 minutes on each call and I am not a phone person! During these calls people are asking to get on a wait list for when I return back to work, so I have created one! Salon's are under the mandatory 30 day shut down. I hate to say it but I will be closed from March 24th thru April 22nd. I will be contacting all appointments to reschedule and I promise I will work my hardest to get everyone in as soon as I am able to be open again.
