After a very unexpected 3‑month hiatus, everyone's favorite SunSport bed is finally glowing again ☀️
What I hoped would be a simple fix turned into countless hours of researching, studying manuals, trial-and-error repairs, and a degree. Kidding. But come on... I'm basically a certified tanning bed electrician at this point, right? 😂
The first time she started… stayed on… and actually ran a full session? I 100% sounded like a lunatic. I screamed... loud. I used NECESSARY and effective, but questionable language. A few of you definitely heard that. I think one of you might have been slightly offended. So sorry for that. If you only knew. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣
I poured myself into this project because I genuinely love what we do here, I love showing up every day, and I love the incredible Sunshine Family we’re building together. We truly could not do this without your support, patience, and encouragement.

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, people-loving team member to join our tanning family! The Sunshine Factory is Missoula’s original tanning salon and it’s been serving our community from the same cozy spot for over 30 years. We are also a proud woman and LGBTQIA+ owned business!

This part-time(15hrs/wk) Friday and Saturday position offers hourly pay plus tips, training to become a certified airbrush spray tan technician, and free tanning & employee discount. You can also count on a drama free work environment, laid back and fun atmosphere, and working alongside supportive owners that truly care.

Because spray tanning often involves exposure to nudity, and the majority of our clients are female, for this position we are welcoming applications from women (cis or trans) and non-binary people who identify with or present on the more feminine side. This is to ensure that the services and space we provide feel safe and comfortable for all.
