The current horrific happenings have been heavy on my mind….
How can a small local business make an impact?
Do we have clients that will get upset and never come back? I hope not.
Wanting inhumane suffering to end should be a common thread among all of us.
My belief is just as “small change is still change” …. Small local community action is still action.
The trickle effect of awareness and care can and does create huge steps in a right direction.
To also allow for autonomy I gave my team the choice whether to work tomorrow during the national ICE OUT shut down or not.
I will keep the appointments that were previously booked with me, but will not allow more bookings to happen.
Some therapists have already rescheduled their appointments to not work tomorrow and some are needing to work and make money.
We have one therapist on the books tomorrow with openings for those who maybe normally work and will finally have a day off for some self care, love and nervous system regulation.
I think we all need human touch and self care right now.
The most radical thing we can do when we live in a SICK nation is to first take care of our own health and healing and then continue to help others heal too.
I will be donating 10% of all appointments happening tomorrow to Soft Landing, Missoula’s non profit support for refugees and immigrants.
February Spa Special to come soon that will also donate 10% of proceeds.

Another year of Dharma …. Yesterday, December 3rd was 4 years being open in Missoula!
Never in a million years would I have guessed I would own a business, let alone a business that has grown to be 5 years in business and 4 years in Missoula. We have grown to have 10 of us working at Dharma including me! I don’t consider myself a business person at all and to be honest, I’m still learning that part of it all. I simply wanted to create something special, something that felt meaningful, sacred, healing, mindful, and full of intuitive awareness.
One reoccurring message and synchronicities that continue to be shown to me and lead me in this journey is that we are way more than our bodies and our minds….there is something deeper …. Soul level…. There is a very deep connection to nature that we all have within us. And if we can be still with our bodies and minds long enough to really listen and see ….. we can actually tap into the nature within us ….this nature within us never fails…. It is our highest knowledge that we will ever receive and it’s not in a book…. It’s not attending a university…. It’s taking a deep dive within to connect and allow our most natural selves our highest SELF do the guiding.
There are so many different types of bodies and minds and we all tap into this inner natural source of ourselves in different ways. This is why we have so many different spa service offerings and ways you can customize with enhancements.
I wanted to create a space where we could all come home to our truest self and you all have proven over and over again that this is exactly what you trust us to do.
We have held space for healing to take place for clients who are healing from illnesses, diseases, prenatal, postnatal, post partum depression, honoring loved ones …. Family, friends and pets who have passed on, many other forms of trauma, grief, job stress, life stress, anxiety and panic disorders.
