City is moving fast to sell this to a developer who will cut down all the trees and rip out the waterway to shorten it for maximizing buildable space. This waterway, irrigation canal, is shown as Proposed Open Space throughout the 2023 Midtown Master Plan. Why are we giving it to the developer to destroy rather than require thoughtful development around and minimally effecting the 1,800 feet mature trees? This part of town is just south of the mall, it is our only access to nature. We are requesting a town hall with the Mayor before its too late. Could be sold as early as May 18. There are many public meeting coming up to voice your concerns. Contact City Council, Parks Board, and Mayor

Sharing my letter to the editor printed in the Missoulian today. Those of you who have come by the shop or called in the last 8 months know the development plans for this land has had my focus!

I hope everyone is finding joy and peace in this beautiful spring. Connecting with our bodies and senses is so grounding. This is part of why I enjoy serving my customers with the shop, I know I am supporting you in your self care.

I do have some new hair care and soap products I’m looking forward to telling you about soon! Super moisturizing.

It’s been working great to have customers drop off bottles on the porch if they are through my part of town and I will refill and coordinate pick up. Just want you know there are flexible systems, I know being open 3 days a week can be tricky with schedules.

A couple of scheduling notices:
This Thursday will be a late open at 12:30 so that I can attend the event below.
Saturday May 31 and Saturday June 14 I have commitments during the day and hope to have a roommate cover shop for me. Please be patient with them, or plan to come on a different day.
