In a world that encourages, even demands, a stress-filled life; we've forgotten how to unwind and relax. We have become a society that is so focused on other things that we forget about taking care of ourselves. This realization made me stop mid-way in my life and redirect my focus. If the stress, in my life, was having such negative affects – others must be having similar experiences. . .perhaps without even realizing it. My desire is that every massage I give be relaxing and rejuvenating. Allowing each client, for a small segment of time, to become vulnerable and let the walls come down – so that the healing touch of massage can take hold and restore the body's natural ability to regulate itself.

I found this guy a couple days ago. I love that his focus is on making exercising more accessible to those who need modifications. He’s throwing the “CAN’T” excuse right out the door. If you lose strength, flexibility and mobility you lose your quality of life! Every video has modifications so even those who have “lost it” can realistically regain their quality of life. Give him a good try. Find one of his reels on his page and do it for a week. Let me know how you feel. He has one series called “6 Ladder”. It has 18 episodes. There is another with 3 episodes so far called “strengthen the core without getting on the floor”.
